The device needs eSIM support and must not be carrier-locked. The same model can differ by the market it was sold in, so check your device’s eSIM support before buying.
Open your phone’s mobile network settings and check that this eSIM has been added. If it is there but you have not arrived yet, those messages can appear simply because it cannot reach the local network. Do not delete the eSIM yet.
Turn this eSIM off for now, turn it back on once you arrive, switch mobile data to it and turn on data roaming for this eSIM.
If you cannot find the eSIM in settings, or it still will not connect after you arrive, join any Wi-Fi you can and message support on Telegram.
Check three things: you are at your destination, mobile data is switched to this eSIM, and data roaming is on for this eSIM.
If it still does not connect, turn airplane mode on and off once, or message support on Telegram.
Each eSIM QR code can be installed on one device only, and once deleted it cannot be used again.
If anything goes wrong while installing, message support on Telegram first rather than deleting the eSIM yourself.
No. Once scanned and installed, an eSIM is tied to that phone and cannot be moved to another device.
If several devices need data, buy a separate eSIM for each one.
Depending on the plan, the connection may slow down or stop when the data runs out — check the details of the plan you choose.
eSIM data plans are a single purchase: nothing renews automatically and there are no overage charges. Buy another when you need more.
