Add funds with GCash — step by step

No credit card? No problem. This guide walks you through topping up your Bees Mobile wallet using GCash. First time takes about 10 minutes — after that, about 2.

Before you start

You'll need three things:

  1. 1A GCash account with GCrypto activated (open GCash → tap GCrypto → follow the one-time setup if you haven't).
  2. 2Your Bees Mobile wallet deposit address — find it in your Dashboard → Wallet → Top up. You'll copy it (or scan the QR code) in Step 5.
  3. 3Enough PHP in your GCash balance for the amount you want to add. GCash shows you the exact fees before you confirm anything.

⚠️ MOST IMPORTANT STEP — READ THIS FIRST

When sending USDT, you MUST select the TRON (TRC-20) network.

If you choose any other network, your funds may be permanently lost and cannot be recovered by Bees Mobile or GCash.

Your Bees Mobile deposit address only accepts USDT on TRON (TRC-20). Double-check the network name before you tap confirm. When in doubt, stop and re-check — never guess.

Path A — GCrypto (Recommended)

  1. Step 1 — Open GCrypto

    Open your GCash app and tap GCrypto on the home screen.

  2. Step 2 — Buy USDT

    Inside GCrypto, choose USDT and buy the amount you need using your GCash balance (PHP). The conversion rate and fee are shown before you confirm.

  3. Step 3 — Go to Send / Withdraw

    Once your USDT purchase is complete, find the Send (withdraw to external wallet) option for USDT.

  4. Step 4 — Select the network: TRON (TRC-20)

    This is the step from the red box above. Select TRON (TRC-20). Nothing else.

  5. Step 5 — Paste your Bees Mobile deposit address

    Open your Bees Mobile Dashboard → Wallet → Top up, copy your deposit address (or scan the QR code shown there), and paste it into the recipient address field in GCrypto. Check the first 4 and last 4 characters match.

  6. Step 6 — Confirm and send

    Review the amount, network (TRC-20!), and address one more time, then confirm. GCash may ask you to verify with your PIN or biometrics.

  7. Step 7 — Wait a few minutes

    Transfers usually arrive within a few minutes. Your new balance appears in Dashboard → Wallet. Once it's there, you're ready to pay — head back to your Dashboard and complete your activation. 🎉

Note: GCrypto has a daily external transfer limit (currently ₱1,000,000). Screens and button names may vary slightly with app updates — the flow stays the same: buy USDT → send via TRON (TRC-20) → paste your deposit address.

Path B — Coins.ph (backup)

If GCrypto isn't available to you, Coins.ph (a BSP-licensed platform) works too:

  1. 1Create / log in to your Coins.ph account and complete verification.
  2. 2Cash in PHP (Coins.ph supports GCash and other local channels).
  3. 3Buy USDT with your PHP balance.
  4. 4Add your Bees Mobile deposit address. Coins.ph uses an address whitelist — you may need to add the address first and wait for it to be approved before you can send. This is a one-time step per address.
  5. 5Send USDT to your whitelisted address — and yes, the network must be TRON (TRC-20) here too.
  6. 6Wait a few minutes and check Dashboard → Wallet.

Heads-up: for larger transfers (above ₱50,000), GCash or Coins.ph may ask you to declare the recipient type as part of local regulations. Just follow the prompt in the app — it takes a few seconds.

FAQ

QHow long does the transfer take?

Usually a few minutes. If it's been more than 30 minutes, check your GCrypto / Coins.ph transaction status first — if it shows completed but your Bees Mobile wallet hasn't updated, contact us with your transaction ID.

QI think I chose the wrong network. What do I do?

Stop — don't send anything else. Contact us immediately with your transaction details. We'll help you check, but please note that funds sent on a network other than TRON (TRC-20) may not be recoverable. This is exactly why the red box above matters.

QIs there a minimum top-up?

Check the Top up page in your Dashboard — any minimum and the live deposit address are always shown there.

QAre there fees?

GCash / Coins.ph show their conversion and network fees before you confirm. Bees Mobile credits the full USDT amount that arrives in your wallet.

Balance arrived? Head back to your Dashboard and complete your activation.
